Lest You Forget, Here's an Unironic Post to Remind You
Dear Readers,
Happy New Year! I haven’t posted an essay, story, travelogue, or, indeed, anything new since December 1st when my new book was published. (That’s a link to purchase it if you haven’t had the chance yet.)
In the interim, my family traveled to South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania (which I learned that many locals pronounce tan-ZAY-nee-uh), and Kenya. I’m still mulling over that complex experience and working on an essay that I’ll share in the fullness of time.
